Johnson Pumas (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Noble Street College Prep Golden Tigers (Chicago, IL), 24-18 in a league bout.

With the win, Johnson upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Pumas travel to Raby (Chicago, IL) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Monday, December 18. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 0-6.

Next up, the Golden Tigers play the Legal Prep (Chicago, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 22. Noble Street College Prep will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
