Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Marysville Indians (Marysville, CA), 63-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Rio Americano upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Raiders travel to Foresthill (Foresthill, CA) to clash with the Wildfires in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Wildfires go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Foresthill lost 29-28 in their recent non-league bout against Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA)

Next up, the Indians clash with the Gridley Bulldogs (Gridley, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Marysville will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record.
