The Pepperell Dragons basketball squad (Lindale, GA), was crushed 78-57 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Gordon Central Warriors (Calhoun, GA)

With the victory, Gordon Central advances its record to 7-3 on the year. The Warriors travel to Dalton Academy (Dalton, GA) to meet the Pumas in a A D1 Region 7 battle on Friday, December 20. The Pumas enter the battle with a record of 0-6.

The Dragons now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Darlington for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 17. Pepperell will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 57-51 non-league win over Hiram (Hiram, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-1.
