The University Liggett Knights basketball squad (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI), was outscored 76-57 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Inter-City Baptist Chargers (Allen Park, MI)
With the victory, Inter-City Baptist advances its record to 5-1 on the year. The Chargers host Huron (New Boston, MI) to meet the Chiefs in a non-league battle on Friday, December 20. The Chiefs enter the battle with a record of 5-1. Huron won 52-49 in their recent league battle against Flat Rock (Flat Rock, MI)
The Knights now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shrine Catholic for a Catholic Intersectional I battle on Tuesday, December 17. University Liggett will meet a Knights squad coming off a 56-41 non-league loss to Everest Collegiate (Clarkston, MI). The Knights record now stands at 2-2.
