The King Abdullah Academy Falcons basketball squad (Herndon, VA), was nudged 63-62 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA)
With the victory, The Covenant advances its record to 2-4 on the year. The Eagles host Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA) to meet the Knights in a non-league battle on Friday, December 27. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 3-5. Turner Ashby lost 49-37 in their recent league battle against William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA)
The Falcons now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Quantico for a Greater Piedmont battle on Tuesday, December 17. King Abdullah Academy will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 58-55 non-league win over Fredericksburg Academy (Fredericksburg, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.
