Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Newport overwhelmed by Susquenita

In Monday's league test, the Susquenita Blackhawks (Duncannon, PA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Newport Buffaloes (Newport, PA), by a score of 63-28.

Next, the Blackhawks encounter the Hanover Nighthawks (Hanover, PA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, December 18. Susquenita will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Nighthawks come into the test with a 1-3 record after their 58-56 league loss to Littlestown (Littlestown, PA).

The Buffaloes (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy (Boalsburg, PA). The WolfPack come into the Tri-Valley test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy bounced East Juniata (McAlisterville, PA), 62-58, in a league test.
