The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Pinkerton Astros (Derry, NH) and the visiting Nashua South Purple Panthers (Nashua, NH), observed Pinkerton's basketball team knock off Nashua South by a score of 57-37.

The Astros (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Concord (Concord, NH). The Crimson Tide come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

In their next game, the Purple Panthers encounter the Timberlane Owls (Plaistow, NH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Nashua South will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
