The Prince of Peace Prep Irish basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Cedar Valley Christian Huskies to 19 in the Irish league triumph on Monday.

The Irish now have a 1-9 record. They play next when they travel to Calamus-Wheatland for a Tri-Rivers - East game on Tuesday, December 17.

With the loss, Cedar Valley Christian falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Anamosa (Anamosa, IA) to confront the Raiders in a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. The Raiders go into the game with a record of 4-2. Anamosa won 49-30 in their recent non-league battle against Camanche (Camanche, IA)
