Maryland High School Basketball - Great Mills beaten by Dunbar

The Dunbar Poets were victorious over the visiting Great Mills Hornets basketball squad by a final score of 49-31 in Monday's non-league outing.

Next, the Poets clash with the Douglass Mighty Ducks (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore City outing, on Tuesday, December 17. Dunbar will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record.

The Hornets (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Eagles enter the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Douglass ran past Central (Capitol Heights, MD), 76-14, in a league outing.
