North Carolina High School Basketball - West Columbus falls to Lake View

The West Columbus Vikings basketball squad (Cerro Gordo, NC), was outscored 50-37 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Lake View Wild Gators (Lake View, SC)

With the victory, Lake View advances its record to 1-1 on the year. The Wild Gators travel to Johnsonville (Johnsonville, SC) to meet the Flashes in a A Region 6 battle on Thursday, December 19. The Flashes enter the battle with a record of 0-4.

The Vikings now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Union for a non-league battle on Friday, December 20. West Columbus will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 90-14 non-league loss to Douglas Byrd (Fayetteville, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 1-6.
