The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Salem Blue Devils (Salem, NH) and the visiting Spaulding Red Raiders (Rochester, NH), observed Salem's basketball team overwhelm Spaulding by a score of 66-20.

The Blue Devils (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Goffstown (Goffstown, NH). The Grizzlies come into the Division I challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Goffstown was routed by Alvirne (Hudson, NH), 59-52, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Red Raiders encounter the Merrimack Tomahawks (Merrimack, NH) in a Division I challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Spaulding will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Tomahawks come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 48-27 non-league loss to Timberlane (Plaistow, NH).
