The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Fairbury Jeffs (Fairbury, NE) and the visiting Beatrice Orangemen (Beatrice, NE), observed Fairbury's basketball team knock off Beatrice by a score of 46-31.

The Jeffs (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Centennial (Utica, NE). The Broncos come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Centennial dropped by Sandy Creek (Fairfield, NE), 65-33, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Orangemen clash with the Norris Titans (Firth, NE) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 4. Beatrice will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
