The Wilkes Central Eagles basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Tabernacle Christian Conquerors to 35 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.

The Eagles now have a 7-3 record. They play next when they host West Wilkes for a non-league game on Friday, January 3.

With the loss, Tabernacle Christian falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Conquerors travel to Alamance Christian (Graham, NC) to confront the Warriors in a game on Tuesday, December 17. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 3-3. Alamance Christian lost 31-30 in their recent league game against Faith Christian (Ramseur, NC)
