Arizona High School Soccer - Mountain Ridge nudges Desert View

In Monday's non-league outing, the host Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Desert View Jaguars.

The Mountain Lions (6-2) will now prepare for their outing against Williams Field (Gilbert, AZ). The Black Hawks enter the non-league outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Williams Field tipped Cibola (Yuma, AZ), 4-3, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Jaguars confront the Pueblo Warriors (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league outing, on Monday, January 6. Desert View will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record.
