The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Highland Park Scots (St. Paul, MN) and the host Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN), observed Highland Park's basketball team knock off Hill-Murray by a score of 73-54.
The Scots (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Kennedy (Bloomington, MN). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Kennedy knocked off Brooklyn Center (Brooklyn Center, MN), 70-69, in a non-league battle.
The Pioneers now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Simley for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 18. Hill-Murray will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 73-52 league win over Harding (St. Paul, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 5-5.
