The New Berlin Pretzels basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Shelbyville Rams to 38 in the Pretzels non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Pretzels now have a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Nokomis for a non-league outing on Friday, December 19. New Berlin will clash with a Redskins squad coming off a 46-29 non-league win over Arcola (Arcola, IL). The Redskins record now stands at 9-0.

The Rams (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Sullivan (Sullivan, IL). The Redskins come into the non-league outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Sullivan overcame Blue Ridge (Farmer City, IL), 76-30, in a league outing.
