Virginia High School Basketball - Tallwood routed by Western Branch

The Western Branch Bruins bounced the visiting Tallwood Lions basketball squad by a final score of 83-14 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Bruins confront the King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA) in a Southeastern game, on Thursday, December 18. Western Branch will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 4-0 record after their 54-24 non-league win over Southeast Raleigh (Raleigh, NC).

With the loss, Tallwood falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Lions host Kellam (Virginia Beach, VA) to confront the Knights in a Beach outing on Friday, December 19. The Knights enter the outing with a record of 6-1. Kellam won 62-22 in their recent league outing against Cox (Virginia Beach, VA)
