Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting American Eagles (Fremont, CA), 39-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Foothill upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Falcons host Berkeley (Berkeley, CA) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a record of 7-2. Berkeley won 66-46 in their recent non-league bout against Mt. Eden (Hayward, CA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Livermore Cowboys (Livermore, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. American will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
