In Saturday's non-league match, the host Bayshore Christian Eagles basketball team scored a tight 74-72 triumph over the Zion Chapel Rebels.
In their next game, the Eagles meet the Chickasaw Chieftains (Chickasaw, AL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 22. Bayshore Christian will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record.
With the defeat, Zion Chapel moves to 6-9 on the year. The Rebels travel to Ariton (Ariton, AL) to meet the Purple Cats in a non-league match on Monday, December 19. The Purple Cats enter the match with a record of 10-3. Ariton won 55-52 in their recent non-league match against Geneva County (Hartford, AL)
