Ohio High School Basketball - Kirtland can't hold off Brooklyn

The Brooklyn Hurricanes basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Kirtland Hornets to 45 in the Hurricanes non-league victory on Saturday.
The Hurricanes now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Strongsville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Brooklyn will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 58-55 league win over Euclid (Euclid, OH). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-1.
The Hornets (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Wickliffe (Wickliffe, OH). The Blue Devils come into the Chagrin Valley - Valley contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Wickliffe was nudged by Cuyahoga Heights (Cleveland, OH), 72-43, in a non-league contest.
