The Meek Tigers (Arley, AL) basketball knocked off the visiting Choctaw County Chargers (Ackerman, MS), 59-45 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Tigers (11-2) will now prepare for their test against Priceville (Priceville, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Priceville went down by Arab (Arab, AL), 53-37, in a non-league test.

The Chargers now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Louisville for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 20. Choctaw County will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 60-23 non-league win over Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-7.
