The Elwood Panthers topped the visiting Union Rockets basketball team by a final score of 61-43 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Eastbrook Panthers (Marion, IN) in a Central Indiana game, on Wednesday, December 21. Elwood will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record.
With the defeat, Union moves to 1-4 on the year. The Rockets travel to Randolph Southern (Lynn, IN) to face the Rebels in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 4. The Rebels enter the game with a record of 4-2.
