Arkansas High School Basketball - Forrest City knocked off by Greene County Tech

The Greene County Tech Golden Eagles basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Forrest City Mustangs to 59 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 15-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nettleton for a 5A East contest on Saturday, January 7.

The Mustangs (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Highland (Hardy, AR). The Rebels enter the 4A Region 3 contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Highland ran past Mammoth Spring (Mammoth Spring, AR), 58-56, in a non-league contest.
