The Forrest County Agricultural Aggies (Brooklyn, MS) basketball felled the visiting Hancock Hawks (Kiln, MS), 62-52 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Aggies (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Picayune (Picayune, MS). The Maroon Tide go into the non-league test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Picayune thwarted Saraland (Saraland, AL), 67-63, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Bay for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 20. Hancock will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 43-20 non-league win over St. Stanislaus (Bay St. Louis, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 6-8.
