Texas High School Basketball - Timpson tipped by Martins Mill

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Martins Mill Mustangs basketball team scored a tight 33-29 triumph over the Timpson Bears.

In their next game, the Mustangs meet the White Oak Roughnecks (White Oak, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 3. Martins Mill will attempt to better on its 13-3 season record.

With the defeat, Timpson moves to 3-1 on the year. The Bears host Beckville (Beckville, TX) to meet the Bearcats in a 2A Region III District 23 match on Tuesday, December 20. The Bearcats enter the match with a record of 12-2. Beckville won 62-61 in their recent non-league match against Grapeland (Grapeland, TX)
