In Saturday's non-league outing, the Moline Maroons (Moline, IL) basketball squad beat the host Pleasant Valley Spartans (Pleasant Valley, IA), by a count of 54-43.

The Maroons (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against Normal West (Normal, IL). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 6-3 record.
