The Northwestern Lehigh Tigers basketball team (New Tripoli, PA), was nudged 55-48 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA)

The Crimson Tide now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lehighton for a Schuylkill County 1 battle on Monday, December 19. Pottsville will battle a Indians team coming off a 55-39 league loss to Tamaqua (Tamaqua, PA). The Indians record now stands at 1-4.

The Tigers (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA). The Rough Riders come into the Colonial - West battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Catasauqua was nudged by Fleetwood (Fleetwood, PA), 70-30, in a non-league battle.
