Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting American Eagles (Fremont, CA), 61-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Foothill upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Falcons travel to Dougherty Valley (San Ramon, CA) to clash with the Wildcats in a bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 7-3.

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Livermore Cowboys (Livermore, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. American will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Cowboys go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 76-33 non-league win over San Lorenzo (San Lorenzo, CA).
