Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Bellmont Braves (Decatur, IN) and the host New Haven Bulldogs (New Haven, IN), saw Bellmont's basketball squad wallop New Haven by a count of 53-13.

With the victory, Bellmont upgrades its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Eastside (Butler, IN) to play the Blazers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 27. The Blazers come into the challenge with a record of 10-2.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Lakewood Park Christian Panthers (Auburn, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. New Haven will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 43-31 non-league win over Hamilton (Hamilton, IN).
