In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Blount Leopards basketball team scored a tight 60-56 triumph over the Wayne County War Eagles.
In their next game, the Leopards meet the Pelham Panthers (Pelham, AL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 20. Blount will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 5-8 record after their 66-39 non-league loss to Hillcrest (Tuscaloosa, AL).
