The Veterans Warhawks (Kathleen, GA) basketball knocked off the visiting Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, GA), 57-46 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Warhawks (8-1) will now prepare for their test against West Laurens (Dexter, GA). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, West Laurens went down by Central (Macon, GA), 59-21, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Colquitt County for a non-league test on Monday, December 19. Carrollton will encounter a Packers squad coming off a 55-39 non-league win over Bainbridge (Bainbridge, GA). The Packers record now stands at 5-1.
