First Presbyterian Day Vikings (Macon, GA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Covenant Academy (Macon, GA), 44-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, First Presbyterian Day upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to Lake Oconee Academy (Greensboro, GA) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 8-1. Lake Oconee Academy won 70-19 in their recent league bout against Lincoln County (Lincolnton, GA)

Next up, the play the Tattnall Square Academy Trojans (Macon, GA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 19. Covenant Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 50-40 non-league win over Westfield School (Perry, GA).
