Nevada High School Basketball - Eureka routs Mineral County

December 17, 2022: Hawthorne, NV 89415

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Eureka Vandals (Eureka, NV) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Mineral County Serpents (Hawthorne, NV), by a margin of 55-3.

The Vandals (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Pahranagat Valley was trounced by Lincoln County (Panaca, NV), 41-20, in a non-league outing.

The Serpents now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Smith Valley for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 4. Mineral County will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 47-22 non-league loss to Pershing County (Lovelock, NV). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-8.
