Tioga Indians (Tioga, LA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Ferriday Trojans (Ferriday, LA), 36-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Tioga upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Indians travel to Holy Savior Menard (Alexandria, LA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 13-1. Holy Savior Menard won 70-27 in their recent non-league bout against Grant (Dry Prong, LA)

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Jena Giants (Jena, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 5. Ferriday will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
