Hugo Buffaloes (Hugo, OK) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Talihina Golden Tigers (Talihina, OK), 51-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hugo upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Buffaloes host Paris (Paris, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 6-9.
Next up, the Golden Tigers play the Clayton Bulldogs (Clayton, OK) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 19. Talihina will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
