Garden Grove Argonauts (Garden Grove, CA) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Schurr Spartans (Montebello, CA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Argonauts face the Valley Christian Defenders (Cerritos, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 17. Garden Grove will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Defenders enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Gahr (Cerritos, CA).
The Spartans now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Paramount for a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 29.
