Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting American Eagles (Fremont, CA), 44-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Foothill upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Falcons host Berkeley (Berkeley, CA) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Berkeley lost 66-64 in their recent non-league bout against Liberty (Brentwood, CA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Livermore Cowboys (Livermore, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. American will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Cowboys go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 68-43 non-league loss to Mt. Eden (Hayward, CA).
