Gardena Panthers (Gardena, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary Cardinals (Montebello, CA), 54-18 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Gardena upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Panthers travel to Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Yankees in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Yankees go into the bout with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Cardinals play the California Condors (Whittier, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 28. Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
