California High School Basketball - Wood knocked off by Monterey Trail

The Monterey Trail Mustangs basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Wood Wildcats to 48 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Mustangs now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Capital Christian for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 21. Monterey Trail will battle a Cougars team coming off a 64-34 non-league loss to Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-6.
The Wildcats (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Napa (Napa, CA). The Grizzlies enter the non-league contest with a 3-5 record.
