The Firestone Falcons basketball team (Akron, OH), was routed 65-41 in Sunday's non-league battle with the visiting Brush Arcs (Lyndhurst, OH)

The Arcs now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warrensville Heights for a non-league battle on Friday, December 22. Brush will battle a Tigers team coming off a 67-53 non-league win over Padua Franciscan (Parma, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 4-1.

The Falcons (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against North (Akron, OH). The Vikings come into the Akron City battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, North was routed by Ellet (Akron, OH), 62-46, in a league battle.
