The Douglass Hurricanes basketball team (Detroit, MI), was routed 56-31 in Sunday's non-league battle with the host University Prep Art & Design Mustangs (Detroit, MI)
The Mustangs now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chandler Park Academy for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 20. University Prep Art & Design will battle a Eagles team coming off a 70-56 non-league win over Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 3-0.
The Hurricanes (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Crockett Tech (Detroit, MI). The Rockets come into the Freelance battle with a 0-1 record.
