The Putnam Kingsmen basketball team (Milwaukie, OR), was toppled 66-53 in Sunday's non-league battle with the host Jefferson Democrats (Portland, OR)
The Democrats now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nelson for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 19. Jefferson will confront a team coming off a 75-60 non-league loss to Southridge (Beaverton, OR). The record now stands at 3-2.
The Kingsmen (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against North Eugene (Eugene, OR). The Highlanders come into the non-league battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, North Eugene beat Caldera (Bend, OR), 75-51, in a non-league battle.
