Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Abington tops West Catholic

Abington Galloping Ghosts (Abington, PA) backers were pleased Sunday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting West Catholic Burrs (Philadelphia, PA), 60-45 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Abington upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Galloping Ghosts travel to Quakertown (Quakertown, PA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 1-6.

Next up, the Burrs play the George School Cougars (Newtown, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 22. West Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.
