Nebraska High School Basketball - Arlington toppled by Douglas County West

Douglas County West Falcon (Valley, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Arlington Eagles (Arlington, NE), 47-30 in a league match.

With the victory, Douglas County West upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Falcon travel to Raymond Central (Raymond, NE) to face the Mustangs in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 0-5. Raymond Central lost 68-44 in their recent league match against Malcolm (Malcolm, NE)

The Eagles now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Platteview for a non-league match on Monday, December 30. Arlington will face a Trojans squad coming off a 40-35 non-league win over Malcolm (Malcolm, NE). The Trojans record now stands at 6-1.
