Illinois High School Basketball - Tri-City sneaks past Calvary

The Tri-City Tornadoes (Buffalo, IL) basketball edged the visiting Calvary Saints (Springfield, IL), 63-62 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Tornadoes now possess a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Williamsville for a non-league bout on Friday, December 20. Tri-City will play a Bullets team coming off a 49-42 non-league win over Bloomington Central Catholic (Bloomington, IL). The Bullets record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, Calvary falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Saints host Bunker Hill (Bunker Hill, IL) to play the Minutemen in a MSM bout on Friday, December 20. The Minutemen go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Bunker Hill lost 54-50 in their recent league bout against Edinburg (Edinburg, IL)
