The Edwards Tigers basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Central Cougars to 42 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now have a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to North Side for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Edwards will confront a Gators team coming off a 44-41 non-league loss to West Bolivar (Rosedale, MS). The Gators record now stands at 4-5.
