The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Paradise Bobcats (Paradise, CA) and the visiting CORE Butte Lynx (Chico, CA), observed Paradise's basketball team overwhelm CORE Butte by a margin of 63-19.

The Bobcats (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hayfork (Hayfork, CA). The Timberjacks come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Hayfork trounced Dunsmuir (Dunsmuir, CA), 82-9, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Lynx battle the Oroville Tigers (Oroville, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 9. CORE Butte will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record.
