In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Pine Raiders basketball team scored a good 57-43 triumph over the Holden Rockets.
The Raiders (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Franklinton (Franklinton, LA). The Demons go into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Franklinton topped Sumner (Kentwood, LA), 70-62, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rockets confront the Varnado Wildcats (Angie, LA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 20. Holden will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 80-33 non-league win over Mt. Hermon (Mt. Hermon, LA).
