In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Lincoln Northwest Falcons basketball team scored a close 49-43 triumph over the Roncalli Catholic Crimson Pride.

The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Gretna East (Gretna, NE). The Griffins go into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record.

In their next game, the Crimson Pride battle the North Platte Bulldogs (North Platte, NE) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Roncalli Catholic will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record.
