Washington High School Basketball - Mt. Baker knocks off Sehome

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Mt. Baker Mountaineers (Deming, WA) and the visiting Sehome Mariners (Bellingham, WA), observed Mt. Baker's basketball team overcome Sehome by a margin of 71-53.
The Mountaineers (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Burlington-Edison (Burlington, WA). The Tigers come into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Burlington-Edison defeated Blaine (Blaine, WA), 79-47, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Mariners battle the Lynden Christian Lyncs (Lynden, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Sehome will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Lyncs come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 80-40 league win over Bellingham (Bellingham, WA).
